Meetups

Meetups are strictly done at Tampines Interchange or Train station for the convenience of FaceUpFacet, on every Sunday unless stated.

Payments need not be made before meetup for instock items. However, if buyer fails to turn up, a delivery will be sent to the buyer's address, with a delivery fee of $15 fully payable by buyer.

Should FaceupFacet be unable to make it, a meetup will be arranged at both parties' convenience.

Postage

All postage rates are stated, unless advised due to special promotions or sprees.

FaceUpFacet shall not be responsible for any lost packages, therefore, opt for registered mail for security.

Should any lost packages be found, buyer bears the postage cost to re-post item.

Any items damaged during the course of delivery are not exchangable nor refundable if item was bubblewrapped.

We do not provide any boxes for posting, all items will be wrapped in brown paper, or enclosed in an envelop. Should boxes be needed, buyer bears the packing fee.

All orders will be sent out only on Thursdays and Fridays. Registered packages will be scheduled on every Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Members

All members are given an exclusive ID, and the ID is not transferrable. Should an order not be made under the same email and mailing address of the member, member privileges will be automatically cancelled for that particular transaction.

All redemptions are subjected to changes without prior notifications.

Private sales and sprees are opened strictly to members only.
